Virgin atlantic has adopted a gender-blind uniform policy for front-line staff that the airline says will reflect the diversity of its workforce in a bid to cement its position as the most inclusive airline. We've changed our uniform code to give our crew, pilots and ground teams the option to choose which of our iconic uniforms, designed by vivienne westwood, best represents them. Virgin atlantic has updated its gender identity policy to reflect the diversity of the workforce.

In its latest announcement, the airline said its fluid approach will allow crew, pilots, and ground team to choose the uniform that they feel best reflects themselves.
